हमारे ज़माने मैं is a curated listening guide. Every track plays through the official YouTube embedded player, straight from the channel that uploaded it, so views and revenue stay with the rights holder. No audio or video file is stored, cached, converted or offered for download on this site.

Removal requests

If you own the rights to a recording and do not want it listed here, email hello@hamarejamanemai.com with the subject line “Copyright”. We remove listings within 72 hours of a valid notice — usually much sooner.

What to include in a notice

1. Your name, organisation and contact details.
2. The work you own and proof of your rights or authority to act.
3. The exact page URL and song title on our site.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate, and your signature (typed is fine).

Counter notices

If a listing was removed in error, reply to the same address with an explanation and evidence of your rights and we will review it.

Repeat infringement

We do not accept uploads from the public, but any submitted request that points to obviously infringing material is rejected, and the source is not added to the library again.
